Shipping Policy

Order Fulfillment

Orders typically ship within 48 hours of placing an order (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST on Friday will ship the following week. Processing times may increase on weekends, holidays, promotional items, and pre-order items. Every customer will receive a tracking number via email for easy tracking of their package.

US Shipping

Orders over $50: 2-5 days - Free

USPS First Class: 2-5 days - $5

USPS Priority: 1-2 days - $10

Canada Shipping

Orders over $80: 7-10 days - Free

USPS First Class: 7-10 days - $10

USPS Priority: 3-6 days - $30

Australia Shipping

Orders over $80: 7-14 days - Free

USPS First Class: 7-14 days - $15

USPS Priority: 4-7 days - $40

UK Shipping

Orders over $80: 7-14 days - Free

USPS First Class: 7-14 days - $15

USPS Priority: 3-6 days - $40

Europe Shipping

Orders over $80: 7-14 days - Free

Other Countries

Orders over $80: 10-21 days - Free

Pre-orders

Pre-order items are currently out of stock but expected to be available later. Items marked "Pre-order" will ship on their release date, which can be found in the item description. If you place a pre-order, we will reserve the item for you and ship it as soon as it becomes available. We will notify you by email when it ships.

Coupon Codes

Discount codes must be used at checkout - you must click "Apply" to see your order total updated. We cannot adjust any prices after your order has been submitted. Only one discount code can be used per order. Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous orders or orders already placed.

Package Security and Liability

All shipped orders are the responsibility of USPS. If a package is lost, please contact your local USPS office for resolution. If your package is still lost after 7 days of being marked "delivered," please contact Fastevtol. A free replacement package may be provided. Lost orders are non-refundable.

Taxes and Fees

Customs authorities require that the order value be stated directly on the package. All applicable customs duties, import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer (even if you reject any shipment upon delivery).

Currency Conversion

While you can select your local currency using the currency selector at the top of our website, all items are priced and payable in US dollars at checkout. Your credit card issuing bank will determine the specific exchange rate you pay, but it should be approximately the current exchange rate. Fastevtol is not responsible for any price differences determined by your bank.
