About Us
Fastevtol ("we") is a company located in New York, USA. We are an aggregator of websites and communication platforms (the "Service"). Velvet Caviar operates the Service through https://www.fastevtol.com.
The Service is hosted in the United States and provided through the Website and is not intended for individuals under the age of sixteen (16). Fastevtol does not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of sixteen (16) without prior parental consent or in compliance with applicable law.
Cross-border Data Transfers
The Service may be available worldwide. If you use the Service outside the United States, your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us, our affiliates in other countries, and third parties with whom we may share your information, as described below. You authorize us to use information related to your use of the Service as described below, which may involve transferring such information to a country outside your country (for example, outside the European Economic Area) and storing it in countries that may offer different levels of protection for such information.
Transparency and Choice
Everyone has different privacy concerns. We believe you should have tools to control your information and manage your experience using our Services. For example, you can find controls to manage or review your account information, marketing preferences, and location data collection in your Profile Settings on the App or Website. If you opt out of receiving targeted advertising, you will continue to see ads, but they may be less relevant or useful to you. For more information about advertising and how to opt out, see the section below titled "Advertising; Ad Networks; Other Third Parties."
Information We Collect
We collect information to better serve our users—from customizing your experience on our apps and websites (for example, showing you content we think you might be interested in and recommending websites worth visiting), advertising, measuring advertising effectiveness, and conducting research.
When you interact with the Services, we may collect and combine information, including:
Information You Provide to Us. We collect information you voluntarily provide to us. For example, when you register for a Fastevtol ID, we ask for your email address and may ask for other registration information required for membership on the Website.

Device Information: Such as your IP address and anonymous device identifiers. In addition, the App automatically collects certain information, such as content viewed, and information that allows us to periodically determine your mobile device and usage. This may include (i) information about how you use the App, (ii) information specific to your mobile device (such as brand, model, operating system and version, internet browser, device IP address, cookies, anonymous device and/or advertising identifiers, and similar information), (iii) information about your use of features, functions, or notifications on your device, and (iv) signal strength, temperature, battery level, and similar technical data related to WiFi or Bluetooth functionality. We may collect this information even if you are not logged into the App.
Browser information: For example, information automatically provided by your browser, such as the user agent and IP address used to access the website; and
Location information: For users outside the European Economic Area, such as information that allows us to periodically determine your physical location. For Android users, you can adjust the settings on your Android device to prevent the collection of location information by disabling Bluetooth and location services on your device. Information from Others: If you log in to an app or website using Facebook or Google+, we collect your email address and profile picture. These services will verify your identity and allow you to choose whether to share certain information with us to create a Velvet Caviar ID. Services like Facebook allow you to post information about your use of the Service to your Facebook profile page so that it can be shared with others in your Facebook network.
We do not include any "sensitive" or "special categories of personal data" as defined under European data protection law.
How We Collect User Information
We use cookies and other standard web technologies to automatically collect information from your device, including:
Cookies: These are data files that often contain a unique identifier and are stored on a user's device or computer. We use cookies to deliver content and/or advertising relevant to your interests, to allow you to log in to the Service without having to re-enter all your information, and for service analytics. In addition, we may use third-party companies to display ads on the Website or App, and these ads may contain cookies. You can learn more about how to delete, reject, or control cookies at www.aboutcookies.org or by clicking on your profile settings on the Website. If you choose to delete or reject cookies, certain features of the Services may not function properly or at all.
Web beacons; tags; pixels: These are blocks of code that can read and place cookies, recognize certain types of information on your device (such as the websites or apps you use and your browsing behavior), and provide analytics for the Services; and
Mobile device identifiers: These are standard device identifiers, such as the "IDFA" advertising identifier used by Apple iOS devices and the "Google Advertising ID" advertising identifier used by Android devices, which are used to analyze your use of mobile apps.

Sharing Collected Information
We share collected information as follows:

Information Collected by Our Suppliers and Other Third Parties
Analytics Service Providers
We may allow certain third-party analytics service providers to collect anonymous data received from cookies and web beacons on our behalf and to retain and use that data at their own discretion. Furthermore, we may allow these service providers to include web beacons within our website pages and anonymous identifiers within our applications. We may also share some log file data, including IP addresses, with these service providers for analytical purposes. These service providers aggregate information about the content you view and interact with on the Websites and Apps.
These service providers provide information about their data collection practices on their respective websites and, in some cases, offer opt-out options. To obtain a list of these service providers, request information about their privacy policies, and learn about the controls that may be available to you, please contact us using the details in the "Contact Information" section below.
Advertising; Ad Networks; Other Third Parties
We may allow certain third-party companies to serve ads to you and collect anonymous information about your use of the Services. Typically, these companies are third-party ad servers, ad agencies, technology vendors, sponsored content providers, and research companies. They may include cookies and web beacons on the Websites or use other tracking methods (such as anonymous device identifiers) on the Websites and/or Apps to collect anonymous information. This information is used to provide us, our partners, and advertisers with content and/or advertising tailored to your interests when you visit certain pages on the Websites or Apps, as well as other websites or apps, and for auditing, research, and reporting purposes. For example, because your web browser requests these ads and/or web beacons from third-party web servers, these companies can view, edit, or set their own cookies, just as if you had requested a web page directly from their website. When you view or interact with an ad, these companies may assume that you are interested in the subject matter of the ad.
In addition, we or our data partners may collect and store a unique identifier matched to your mobile device in order to deliver customized ads or content to you when you use the Services or other websites or applications, or to uniquely identify you on other devices or browsers. To tailor these ads or content, we or our data partners may associate de-identified demographic information or other data about you from third parties with data you voluntarily submit to us (such as your email address) or automatically collected from you (such as your device identifier or IP address). However, we will only share your email address with our data partners in hashed, non-human-readable form. The aforementioned third-party companies provide information about their data collection practices on their respective websites and, in some cases, opt-out options for interest-based advertising (ads targeted to your interests). To obtain a list of these third parties, request information about their privacy policies, and learn about the controls that may be available to you, please contact us using the details in the "Contact Information" section below. You can also visit the Network Advertising Initiative website, the Digital Advertising Alliance website, the Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada, or the European Interactive Advertising Digital Alliance for more information about ad-serving companies and opt-out features. Please note that these opt-out features work by placing a cookie on your device that is unique to the browser and device you use to opt out. If you configure your browser to reject certain cookies, these features may not work properly. If you change browsers or computers, or delete cookies on your computer, you will need to re-opt out. You can also set your browser to notify you when cookies are set and block most cookies. Your mobile device may allow you to opt-out of interest-based advertising ("Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS devices or "Opt-out of Interest-Based Ads" or "Opt-out of Ads Personalization" on Android devices).
Links
The Service may contain links to websites or applications not operated by Fastevtol. The Service may also include advertisements from third-party companies that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of websites, applications, or other services operated by third parties that are linked or integrated with the Service, or for the privacy practices of third-party advertising companies. Once you leave the Service via a link, visit a website, or third-party application, or click on an advertisement, you should review the applicable privacy policy of that website or application to determine, for example, how they handle information they collect about you.
Widgets
We may include third-party widgets on our websites or applications to allow user interaction or content sharing. A "widget" is a small program that provides a third-party service or content (such as a Facebook "Share" or "Like" button). The third party providing the widget may provide controls for you to manage the widget's appearance and functionality. Your interaction with a widget typically allows the third party to collect certain information about you through the third party's cookies or their registration information. In some cases, the third party may be able to recognize you through its widgets and cookies even if you do not interact with the widget. To obtain a list of these third parties, request information about their privacy policies, and learn about the controls that may be available to you, please contact us using the details in the "Contact Information" section below.
Legal Basis for Processing Information (EEA Users Only)
If you are a user located in the European Economic Area, our legal basis for collecting and using the information described above depends on the type of information involved and the specific context in which we collect it.
We may collect information from you based on our legitimate interests, unless such interests are overridden by your data protection interests or fundamental rights and freedoms. When we collect and process your information based on our legitimate interests, these interests include the interests described above in the "How We Use the Information We Collect" section.
However, in certain circumstances, we may need your consent or be under a legal obligation to collect information from you, or we may need the information to protect your vital interests and/or ours, or the vital interests of another person or entity. If we rely on your consent to collect and/or process your information, we will obtain such consent in accordance with applicable law.

As a resident of a country in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to: (i) request access to and obtain a copy of the information we collect about you; (ii) request correction or deletion; (iii) restrict the processing of such information; and (iv) (where applicable) data portability. In certain circumstances, you also have the right to object to the processing of such information.
If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in the "Contact Information" section below. Please note that because most of the information we collect and store about you can only identify a specific browser or device and not you individually, you may need to provide us with additional information so that we can identify the information we hold about you and ensure that we accurately fulfill your request. While we will do our best to respond to your request, we may not be able to provide and/or correct the requested information in all circumstances. For example, we may not be able to provide the requested information if it would impose an undue burden or expense, require us to disclose confidential business information, or require us to disclose information about other people.
Finally, as a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to complain to a European Data Protection Authority (ECA) about our processing of your personal data. For contact information for your local data protection authority, please see: http://ec.europa.eu/justice/data-protection/article-29/structure/data-protection-authorities/index_en.htm.
